Beluga has been on the list of the best restaurants in the Netherlands for years. And rightly so, because everything is right here. And that yields no fewer than two Michelin stars! The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a building designed by Jo Coenen at Plein 1922 in the modern C\u00e9ramique district. From the restaurant you have a view of the Maas and the old city center of Maastricht. Get to know the traditional kitchen and be surprised by Ausems\u2019 modern twist. Do you fancy the stars, but less of an entire dinner? Then consider making a reservation for lunch.
